Apr 15 Living life!

Another completed training! What a super cool group of TIR Facilitators! We had such a great time together! These ladies are all ready to work with you as they complete their requirements for certification! Not having chemo every week gives me so much more time to live life. I love it. Other than a sore tongue and some mild nausea that comes and goes in waves life has been my canvas. I’ve been baking, spending time with my people, and taking care of me. I wore shoes for the first time in over a month and I feel like ME. What else have I been doing? A relaxing paraffin wax with Stella, a beautiful sound bath with Sylvie in the comfiest cloud chair ever with my homemade love blanket from Sylvia, a reiki session, a pedicure, time with Craig, dates with my people. It’s been a great week!
