Traumatic Incident Reduction - TIR is a client centered, gentle, unique method of treatment that quickly and permanently eliminates unwanted effects of negative experiences. Traumatic Incident Reduction sessions will vary in length.
Life stress reduction helps you to put order into your thoughts. Life coaching Schema work helps people move forward, putting order into their life, especially after overcoming and stripping away old limiting beliefs or stories through their experience with TIR. They will better realize their visions in the physical world and gain more clarity to propel them forward with their goals.
Energy healing works with the energetic, physical and emotional aspects of the individual to address imbalances on all levels. Sessions may vary in length depending on the client’s needs.

Regular appointments are booked for 1.5 hours. I hold 2 hours of time for you, but you only pay for what you use. (example I hour = $90.00/1.5 hrs = $135.00/ 2 hr=180.00) Sometimes people feel better after only one hour, sometimes they need longer, you decide during the session, depending on how you feel.
