Sessions are available both in person and online, using a confidential online platform.

For in person sessions, my office is located in The Stone Lake House, a beautiful private retreat setting along the waters of Lake Erie, in Leamington, Ontario.

Online sessions work just the same as in person sessions and can be held anywhere you are comfortable to do your work. All you would need to have is a reliable internet connection, and preferably a space that is free from distractions for the duration of your session.

I send a link where we will meet, and you don’t need to download or install anything on your device. It is as easy as clicking the link provided. It is recommended for online sessions to find a comfortable space, bring tissues and anything that serves as a comfort to you (blanket, tea…)

Even when you don’t live far sometimes you may prefer online sessions, whatever works for you, works for me! If you typically come in person, and have a day you want to stay in your pajamas and meet online, that is always available to you.
