Today has been great! I got to facilitate one session and then I went to buy some supplies for Kalvin’s diaper bag. Only he doesn’t wear diapers and he’s a backpack kind of dog.

I wanted him to have his bag ready so it’s one less thing I need to think about when him and I need to be away from each other. He hates being away from me. Yesterday, he decided he would go on a hunger strike and he’s been a bit extra in the Velcro dog department for the last week. He’s always a Velcro dog but it’s even stickier Velcro lately. I know he can sense something is up and he is very much an Empath. I talk to him about the things I’ve learned, you know trying to give him a dogs version of the empath survival guide but he’s just not interested. So now he’s ready, or his backpack is anyways. He has his bag packed with all the things he needs, except me. He really loves me, and I really love him. He also really loves other dogs. He isn’t a fan of “strangers” coming over yet but we are working on it. He is really smart, and I know he will catch on. What better time than now when a lot of people he hasn’t met yet have been coming over or delivering treats.

Today I got a delivery from my Auntie. It’s a whole lot of snacks! I love her. She has always encouraged my stories and supported my business. And, the best part right now… she agreed to review my book.

Kalvin and I got to go to his class tonight with our friends. He’s so smart and fun. And cute. He’s so stinking cute. It was Starbucks o’clock after that and then bath time.

Now he’s clean and he smells like pumpkin. He gets extra cuddly after bath time. I am a fan of Kalvin cuddles.

I’ve also had my shower and now it’s time for my essential oil treatment.
